Variagated Menu, but Karaoke Discriminates against Newcomers, 1/31/2008

Reviewer from Reseda, CA (in the valley)

"My husband told me that this place discriminates against newcomers for its Saturday night Karaoke. They can sit there from 10pm to 2am and never get picked to sing, while their favorites go on stage repeatedly. Last Saturday, we had a meal at the bar while waiting to go on for Karaoke. The dinner was better than average and I was impressed with the variety of healthy choices. I had the shrimp with broccoli and rice. We also had egg rolls as well as fried rice which was as good as expected, nothing special but not subpar either. However, we were never called for Karaoke after more than two hours of waiting while their favorites went on repeatedly. Later in the evening, the Karaoke bar's dressy, attractive audience became inundated by unattractive people as well as bikers for some odd reason. Neither us nor the unattractive people were called for Karaoke."

[Ed.: "Can you believe that discrimination? We were treated just like the unattractive people!"]
