In which there is war

This is the end, beautiful friend...

Ahhh, nothing cheers up a room like a plaintive ballad from the Doors, especially one which is technically inaccurate, and which has nothing to do with the subject at hand, which is: Kittens!

I think you all must go to the magical land of kittens and search for Captain. There are lots of Captains, but mine is the one luxuriating on the Oriental rug (i.e., the best one). You may recognize him from his spottiness.

In other news, I'm feeling kind of antsy today. It could be excitement about our great, great upcoming gig (November 3rd! Be there or be square!), or it could the the Halloween party I'm going to Saturday, for which I have no costume yet.

Suggestions are welcome, but I'm really not into that whole lingerie-plus-cat-ears thing, so maybe think a little more left-field. As opposed to left-wing.
